Anelixi is tall, with light brownish-orange hair tipped in light blue, and turquoise eyes. She also has a purple streak on her bangs. When not in her Organization XIII cloak, she wears an indigo hoodie, one black fingerless glove on her right hand, loose olive-green pants with fishnets over her right knee, and black Converse. She also wears a teal purse and her black and neon green headphones. Her cloak has slightly tight sleeves and unusually prominent shoulder pads.

- She was hoping to one day become a veterinarian.
- While she is not a vegetarian, she is not very fond of meat or meat products except for sausages, especially hot Italian sausages.

- She adores dying her hair, though she stopped doing so after she became a Nobody
- Her voice actress, Tabitha St. Germain, was chosen because she was the voice of Naomi Misora from Death Note and Rarity (speaking), Granny Smith, Princess Luna, Nightmare Moon, Photo Finish, Mrs. Cake, Pound Cake, Derpy Hooves, and Philomena from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Anelixi is known for having numerous pets, which she keeps in her room. All of her pets are:
- Three rats - Lawliet "L" (white with a black head and stripe down his spine), Robin (white with black ears and a black patch around his eyes), and Shadow (gray with a white underside) - Won at a festival shortly before her death
- A wolf pup - Lupo (silver with a white underside) - Found after she joined the Organization, starving and nearly frozen to death. Anelixi cared for him and has kept him ever since.
- A peregrine falcon - Dusty (typical peregrine falcon appearance, but has a twisted wing) - Located out in some woods with a broken wing. Anelixi couldn't put her wing back in place, which means she can't fly, but Dusty is well cared for.
- A vampire bat - Misty (typical vampire bat appearance) - Anelixi found her looking miserable in a zoo and took her home.
